I think it's a good thing that it's becoming more prevlant and common. Most disease and illness in society is due to INFLAMMATION, blank statement/word but it's true. However, I dont think most people realize what the word truly means, which is okay, as im glad to see more focus being put on that topic. A few years ago when I started to really hone in on controlling excess inflammation with athletes, client progress went to another level. Progress aside though, health markers and organ health thrive. When we look "inflammation", training/bad sleep/drugs/cardio/bad food/gut health etc, pretty much damn near everything can help snow ball this to get even higher.Random question, why is the word "inflammation " so popular the past year? I see it here, I see it all over any cholesterol, thyroid, fitness group social media "my doctor says I have inflammation, what should I take?"
What exactly are we referring to when we always talk about inflammation and why was this word not used daily by people 3 , 4, 5 years ago? Am I crazy or are other people noticing that they are seeing the word inflammation 20x more often than a few years ago lol.
Look at the american diet, it's the epitome of inflammatory haha. So it does make me happy to see this word popping up quite often.
