I came to him fat for a 14 week prep and everything was conservative. Hell, we used expel for direutic.

I HATE Leo's titles. Way too aggressive and over the top. However, there is some weird hero worship with some of these coaches and many of them have as many horror stories as good stories. We praise the good stories yet tend to ignore the horror stories. In some of these cases it does feel like borderline involuntary manslaughter (not necessarily referring to Shelby with that comment).

The whole "coaching" thing in this sport is quite odd and I've thought that long before Leo's videos. That said, there should be a stronger element of personal responsibility. With all respect to Shelby (and I mean that because my interactions with him were good/neutral) why would anyone on this planet pay him for illicit drug use? If you do...it's kind of on you. These are quite serious drugs and you're paying an "internet coach guy/woman" to guide you on taking boatloads of illegal, illicit drugs.

Good point, he is famous for the condition of his girls, in many shows they are in better shape than men.

One thing I’ve noticed too is women are more willing to “do whatever it takes” example me who has placed as high as 3rd at npc nationals I got bad cramps on clen and I immediately dropped it. A close friend of mine who also missed her pro card by one spot also suffered extreme cramps on clen as low as 60mcg yet still pushed through all the way to 160mcg living those weeks in nightmare cramps just because she wanted to win that bad.

I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these clients were nodging Shelby to take more and more and he said okay. Just like the guys who’s coach would say take 500mg of test or whatever and they convince their coach to let them use more
