The surgeon I went with—it all happened very fastGlad it went well! I should really just schedule this for later in the year. Was there a long wait for the appointment? Don’t remember if you stated this already
will do man! I appreciate the well wishesI was awake too and the lipo was aggressive. It's not pain because you're sedated pretty well. But it's also not comfortable.
Glad to hear the procedure went well. Be patient. Wear that stupid vest as instructed. Heal up!
I wouldn’t get to lost in peptides or anything right now. I’d take the week or two to let your body heal and rest. You’ll be better for it on the other side once you’re back in the gym.The surgeon I went with—it all happened very fast
So initially I was eyeing one surgeon who couldn’t get me a consultation for 2 weeks
Then I kept looking around and making calls, found my current surgeon and gave them a call Thursday, they got me in for a consult Friday, then I had the surgery today (Monday)—so it was very fast, much faster than I imagined (which I prefer anyways, the less time thinking about it the better)
If you choose a surgeon that does the free consultation thing chances are they’ll be booked out a good bit because they get a lot of curious people looking for information. This current surgeon charges a consultation fee of $200, which I’m assuming is why he had much better availability (because most people wouldn’t just pay a random fee unless they were seriously considering it)—so it worked out there.
I’m also in kind of a populated main city which also factors in as there’s more options. Less populated areas could have more limited options and bigger wait times
will do man! I appreciate the well wishes
And I think you nailed it perfectly. Wasn’t painful at all, just slightly a strange sensation to hear some saw tool buzzing, then feel some pressure, then the feeling of a rubber band snapping in your chest, then some kind of burning smell which I assume is some slight cauterizarion of sorts to stop bleeding. Been through way worse but definitely an interesting sensation
I guess other notes:
Feeling much better right now than I expected. The numbing wore off and I do feel like a horse kicked me in the chest now, but idk I guess I just envisioned it being much worse in my mind. This is definitely manageable
- I’ll be running ss-31 at 15mg/day until it heals
-I also did 10mg kpv subq into the stomach which I’m hoping should help a good bit. Not sure if I’ll stay at 10mg kpv/day as its a high dose, and I was doing more reading and you don’t want to completely remove inflammation as it’s important for blood clot stabilization, collagen remodeling and angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels). I figured one bolus dosage should be enough to help get the inflammation moving in a more controlled direction (there will still be plenty of inflammation leftover tommorow) then from here I’m thinking more like 3mg kpv/day from tommorow forward for a more controlled approach
Yeah that’s gnarly. Didn’t expect that from your photos you’ve postedCheck these fuckers out. Big ones
This is what they took out of my chest. Left side was way worse, pretty much the size of a 10cc syringe, but obviously wider

Probably because I was taking 20mg nolvadex, 60mg raloxifene ed with crashed estrogen. If I iced my chest for 15-20 minutes before the picture it would look relatively normal in the picture, but then 10-20 mins later it would just go back to that puffy gyno look.Yeah that’s gnarly. Didn’t expect that from your photos you’ve posted
Pretty decent considering. Very tender but that’s to be expected. How you doing today otherwise?
Yeah man absolutely. I won’t take pain meds anymore either from having a bad past with them in my younger days. Glad it went wellPretty decent considering. Very tender but that’s to be expected.
Don’t want to take the pain meds they gave me because I don’t want that to become a habit, so just sticking with the anti inflammatory they prescribed for now .
All things considered though it’s going pretty well. Can finallt take the wraps off and shower in 2 days from now which I’m very much looking forward to.
I appreciate you asking
I think it’s very rare. You would need a long list of documentation that supports the discomfort and quality of life reduction, multiple bloodwork tests, basically just ample amounts of documents over years showing that the surgery is an absolute necessity—and even then insurance may still deny it (you know how insurance companies are)Has anyone in the U.S. ever been able to get insurance to pay for it ?
Like their Dr. said it was medically necessary procedure.
I expect they went in through the armpit and nipple? One of my nipples looked like it was folded. That really worried me. But it was just the sutures combined with localized swelling. There's now just a small scar but you wouldn't see it unless I showed you.My nipples however look like someone took scissors to a pepperoni and cut it from a 360 degree angle. I won’t be posting after pictures until it fully heals, but for 48 hours post op, I think it looks very good so far, and will continue to get better by the day/week
Been wearing the compression garments religiously. Bought some small under Armour compression shirts to wear under the vest, then have the compression vest ontop of it so it should be enough
Yeah he did armpit for one side of the lipo, and on the other side he went in through a scar that was below my chestI expect they went in through the armpit and nipple? Continue being patient.
Jeez! Glad you’re doing well. Nice titsCheck these fuckers out. Big ones
