I’m 52 and had it done probably 10 or 12 years ago. Not really happy with the overall outcome. I don’t think he took out enough of the tissue. When I saw a pic afterwards of the surgery and what he took out, it didn’t look like a lot. Back then if I remember correctly, the surgery was like 5K. I got it done in central Tx. Recovery wasn’t bad. Just obviously wearing that compression vest. Hopefully y’all are getting better results.

From the pics, it looks like your surgery was an absolute success! Glad to see it’s all worked out for you. Was your gyno from puberty or AAS use? Also, I don’t recall seeing a cost associated, but if you don’t mind what are they charging for this procedure?

I appreciate it man. Things are going really well was able to train some back yesterday and light (physical therapy style) chest too. Should be able to take the throttle off in another week or two but it’s definitely going better than expected

I actually got the gyno years back when I had PCT’d and come off gear because I was working 70-80 hours a week as a new graduate and priorities shifted. Stopped checking my hormone levels after I saw my test levels were 500s ng/dl because I figured everything was all good, and that’s when it developed and hardened. So to answer your question it was from AAS use

As far as cost, suprisingly it was only $6,100 (which is a steal nowadays—especially considering the quality of the surgeons work, he’s incredible at this). Had it done under local anesthesia, and didn’t need much lipo which is why the cost was probably lower (if I did it through general anesthesia or they had to do more liposuction with drains and all that—I’m sure the costs would have been much higher)

Wow!!!! I was expecting more like $10K, but I imagine going the local route without being under anesthesia. Awesome!
