I've came to the conclusion I dont need more than 500-700mg of test and no more than 20iu's of GH every week. I'm trying to be patient with assessing my first run with long esters, so far I think I far testP/NPP to Deca/Sust, but I still have 8 weeks left so we shall see.

The GH sides are in full swing and kicking my ass, BUT I LOVE IT! I'll admit I need pre-workout to get me going for cardio/lifts but I dont mind, its how you know its working. I've noticed great vascularity but thick skin around my chest and abs, it'll be fun to see what my body looks like in July when I drop the GH/MK/Deca and let the water fall out.

Upped the fat intake some, as i'm having trouble getting over 3000 kcals on this high protein diet. Gave myself a cheat meal post back day, peanut butter on whole wheat with whipcream on top :love: muscle bellies looked much more full.

Current diet;
On days: 200-300c/350-400p/50-75f
Off days: 50-75c/250-300p75-/100f

Volume is up to 18-22 sets for 5x a week. It'll keep rising till I hit the 22-26 set range.

Maybe some. I've done growth periods at 5-6,000kcals a day, yes you get much larger in a hurry that way but i'm trying to grow leaner. There's still a chance I start a 8-10 week prep in August so I'm trying to hover below 10%.

The scale is moving, up to 208 fasted was down to 180 in the hospital which was 6 weeks ago. But more than the scale the mirror is looking much better and there's more weight on the bar/volume in my log book. My back is really making great progress. I still have 8 more weeks with deca and by the end i'll be at the 4500kcal range with carbs close to 500-600.

I'm a believer MICRO nutrients are whats needed for GROWTH, rather than MACRO nutrients. Yes, you need adequate protein and a slight surplus which i'm getting. But more than large amounts of protein and a +300 surplus im getting more nutritious food than ever.

I'd argue it's both- you need to macros for the energy to build and the micros for proper function of the building machinery. But if your scale is moving up then you're doing something right! I was just wondering if you were seeing progress on that little intake.
 
Some solid numbers on the deadlifts!

If you're looking for an easy way to add some extra fats, because I too had trouble getting in calories, some kerry gold butter is super easy to add to pretty much anything and adds in a bunch of extra healthy fats. My wife was apparently adding it to my meals during my offseason trying to help get me to grow since she knows I freak out over gaining weight and start subconsciously under eating, lol

I like to add pause squats with a hard stretch after I've done my whole leg day. Put 135 on the bar, go all the way down, take a few deep breaths to get everything to open up and stretch, then back up. Rinse and repeat a few times :)

For sure, essentially I do 4-5 weeks of the same routine than I re-organize the order and try to get a little more volume for a week or two before switching to a new mesocycle. Adding BB squats to the end of leg day is sheer sadism ;devil-smi

Since this is essentially my meat head diary.

I was in the hospital for a suicide attempt, I had completely lost any sense of happiness. It got worse before it got better. I've worked in IT as a programmer for the past 3 years, it's a decent gig. No stress, tons of vaca, good pay. BUT I HAVE NO PASSION and i'm morbidly depressed.

I knew a career change needed to happen. At first I thought maybe a firefighter? Than maybe go back to school for nutrition?

Even better! Me and my brother are going in on a string of OrangeTheory gyms in our home town! The pay is going to be much higher, little risk, and i'll be able to spend more time on my body and side businesses!

This opportunity is going to help me advance my social media influence, my investments, my own personal brand, and my body building career. If you cant tell im quite excited!

I'm taking my first paycheck and leasing a 2018 challenger. I'm not really into material possessions anymore, but at this point anything that makes me happy is money well spent.

PrWO: 100mg Anavar, 20g Creatine, 20g Glutamine, 500mg Berberine w/ carb up meal
Intra: 50g HBCD, 50g Gatoraide, 25g Eggwhites
PWO: 20g Creatine, 20g Glutamine, protein shake

So I upped the intra and pre carbs, upped the creatine/glutamine again, and added dandelion root/berberine.

I'll be taking very detailed notes of how the prwo berb does for me. If I dont notice more fullness or pumps i'll drop it quickly.
 
Weight isnt moving, but again i'm beating the log book and looking bigger by the day. Still pretty watery; 1.5g of wet AAS, high dose of MK, and generic GH will do that to you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

First day of Berberine pre-workout, didnt notice much but i'll try with more carbs soon. I've been taking a small dose (300mg) which is in my GDA I take with MK677, i'm at 800mg a day now, i'll work up to 1.2g's before deciding if I want to continue or not.

Really been able to add more volume by the day while still putting quality weight on the bar.

The berberine experiment ended after one day lmao. I'll save it for my mini cut at the end of july, i'm already super sensitive to carbs and my weights not budging, no use for the berb.
