The Heart of a Lion

Had to drop the ancallary doses down;

1) I was having trouble getting off.
2) The t4 gave me heart issues, I dropped the dose in half but when I really push myself I notice some issues still.
3) My new pack is delayed

So down to 75mcg T4, .75mg Adex, 1.5mg Prami.

In other news GH lethargy is kicking my ass in the mornings.... I was doing okay with pre-workout but since I noticed some mild heart palpations again, I gave up all stimulants.

Really starting to hold water, I'm still super vascular and hard but my chest and abs have no definition :/

Notes on the recent AAS change;

1) The T-Bol is kicking in, wicked pumps have turned to epic pumps and strength increase
2) The var isnt keeping me as tight with once daily dosing but i'm not switching back
3) Today was the first day of 6iu GH PrWO, noticed quicker recovery inbetween sets and fullness all day. Likely placebo but ill be keeping an eye out.

Growth hormone is incredible, i've pretty much broke the 4k calorie mark for almost a week straight, while I do get bloated sometimes i'm still lean and vascular. I should also give a shout out to Geno's Var/Mast/T4 as it's keeping me hard and tight.

Today was the first time I made literally zero progress in the log book, and did worse on a few sets. No new volume for anything but chest and delts for the next few weeks.
 
Life update;

Decided against opening a franchise gym, instead we're creating our own LLC. For the price of one franchise we can open three locations of our own. Looking like a crossfit/powerlifting combo with some bodybuilding flairs to it. I wont lie i'm loving every second of this so far, it's going to mean 60-80 hour weeks but it will be worth every second.

Currently deciding on which machine brand to get? Only need a couple machines; cable multi use station, hack squat, leg press, machine row, chest press, etc. Already have the order queued up for the squat rigs, crossfit, and power lifting equipment.

AAS update;

Finally hit the sweet spot and jizzed all over my lady friend in an appropriate amount of time :cool:

The bulk is real 400C+/400P/100F for workout days 150C/300P+/125F on off days. I've added some of my favorite high calorie foods back in; cereal, peanut butter, cinnamon, bbq sauce, etc.

Been busy with LLC and legal stuff for the gym, grand opening hopefully by September!

And how you feeling with that food? That's an area I'm severely lacking in, my ability to get food down during a bulk. I ran GHRP-6 for a couple of weeks before I was told to start prep, but man what a difference that made in being able to eat!

30mg of MK677 and i'm hungry non stop. It also helps;

1) to eat with higher frequency and lower volume.
2) especially now that its over 4k I make sure I'm getting calorically dense food.
3) one of the reasons I do so much LISS is it really helps digestion. Just not be stagnant with a full belly makes a huge impact.
4) As I do the ground work for the gym most of my times at home, so cooking all day is theraputic. When we open, i'll have a mini kitchen in my office so I can keep at it.

I will say i'll enjoy mid july with the mini cut and giving my gut a rest. Not many GI problems now but the end of the month will be a different story.
 
UGH, I got some free Sust and Deca lol. I have no self control and i'm going to up the dose;

You using a GDA with your MK677 in the morning for BS control? Why not just take 500-1g SR Metformin.
 
Anyone that tells you it takes weeks to see an effect from long esters is lying to you. Three days in and the deca is pumping!

Adding more fats on workout days and more carbs on off days, i'll keep it at 3800-4500 for another week or two before finishing the last 4 weeks at 5000+.

I think i'm ready for slin;

1) Only pre or post workout wont lead to any gut growth
2) It's healthier than orals
3) I have a large stash of GH could run 6iu 5on/2off or 8iu EOD.
4) I believe it will help me grow lean
5) I'll be coming off DNP so i'll be very sensitive

Ugh, I ate like shit this weekend :confused: Probably 20k calories in 3 days...

Luckily I start GW today, and as many people have stated GH use really makes cheat meals more forgiving.

Made another tweak to my OTC supp regime

AM: 1.5g Dandelion Root, 2 RPG's (R-ALA, Cinnamon, Bitter Melon, Berb, etc,) 30mg MK677

PM: 1.5g Dandelion ROot, 2 RPG's, 500mg Berb

So upped the Dandelion and spread it out, split the RPG up, and added extra berb at night.
 
I just added in a GDA with my daily routine, mostly over paranoia but I feel like I'm fuller and leaner as a result.

And I agree with you on the metformin, I tried using it for awhile during my offseason but I had to run a super minimal dose in order for it to not mess with my stomach.
 
Progress is starting to stall so this is the time in my meso where I look to work in some new movements, because of that volume will stay steady for 2-3 weeks while I make the needed changes.

I'm also looking to switch out the lifts that are getting too intense, I did a 405x25 over 5 sets on leg day, it's super draining on my CNS and it's really going to drag my recovery down if I keep it up.

The bloat from cheat weekend is down a lot but im still soft now, i've got 5 more weeks of heavy calories till my mini cut so i'll just have to live with it.

Do you not get tired on that much mk-677 and hgh? I gave some old 25mg mk caps to my my mate as I had no use for them. He couldn't use them either so he gave them to his mate and the guy is using 75mg per day and loving it with no fatigue :eek::banghead::D I wish I could even dose 25mg when trying to gain size. Good luck with your new gym.

I had it pretty bad for a good month but i'm doing fine on it now. Been thinking of trying 45-60mg for a few weeks just to see what its like.
 
GH lethargy is weird, some days its killer some days its non existent?

Fasted weight up to 225, starting to get sloppy so I think 2-3 more weeks of massing is enough. 15lbs will come off easy with DNP and no GH, MK, Deca/Test.

I'll do a before and after when I start the DNP, then i'll start a new log to help chronicle my GH/Slin run.

I think i'm sticking with the RPT style on compound lifts, i'm getting killer volume this way!
