Currently on ;

500 test, 350 tren, 350 mast, 100 drol, 40dbol

Lots of calories currently, hadnt felt a pump in weeks so a little fat boy time to appease myself before I add in the GH/Slin.

When GH comes i'll up to

700 test, 500 tren, 500 mast, 2iu gh then bump all of those up again when the slins add in 2-4 weeks later. Looking at only doing about 8-10 weeks of slin, redesigned a slin split;

the max effort days will used TnE instead of slin so essentially its slin and gh EOD.

I've blown up for the cut blend and mass amounts of calories, but ive gained some body fat. Should I add slin in at 12-14% or DNP blast till 8% then start slin?
 
Tren strength is real, weight feels zero gravity. Squated 515 for a double and benched 405 for a single this week! Conjugate training is legit.

The decision is made, i'll finish off the anadrol, switch if for DNP and keep the dbol in and when the DNP is finished pull the dbol and add slin. I'll llook to start the new slin log as soon as the DNP is here.
 
Diet wise i've been doing something like this

7-9am: Carb TF up, usually milk and cereal (200g C, 50P, 15F)
930am: Orals + GH
11am: Lift
1pm: Mass gainer shake (125g C, 80p, 15f)
2-4pm: Mass meal, graze on either; pasta or rice mixed with olive oil/spinach, with Steak or Chicken. On off days I do lean ground beef and a little bit of rice with peas and carrots. (200g C, 120g P, 65g F)
6pm: Steak, greens, and potato (50g C, 50g P, 35g F)
830pm: Eggs, egg whites, lean ham, avacado (10c, 50 P, 30F)

If I cant put more food down I just tempt myself with a (few) bowls of cereal instead.

750mg a day of DNP, phew i'm hot. Volumes down as low as I go, around 10 sets. Coming to the conclusion my hips strength is holding down my posterior development so i've used this low volume time to work on them.
