My recommendation then (if you lipids come back lower from tren, I know I posted it on page 1 but here it is again) is:
drop test to 150/wk (or whatever puts you in mid-reference range)
diet mods (I find that only doing carbs on training days seems to boost mine a bit, and more carbs trend seems higher cholesterol. additionally olive oil seems to help a bit, just make sure buying a good brand i.e. one of the california olive oil certified ones)
fish oil (get the total EPA / DHA to 2000mg / day, the triple strength makes this easy)
krill oil
low intensity cardio (30min sessions, the more the merrier)
citrus bergamot
metformin (it really did help my HDL, and it's cheap as can be overseas)
psyllium husk fiber
coq10 (doc said it will help, but good for heart health anyways)
With all these things in, I can get my LDL down and HDL up in mid 30s about 4-6 weeks post blast (getting to 40 takes about another 4 weeks for me). Triglycerides also crank way, way down.
Anyways, good luck bro. Get that insurance.
