The incredible shrinking nads

Just started on a higher 'cycle' of Test E, more than double my hrt dose. When on HRT, i noticed the boys shrink noticeably, ejaculate is minimum, but often, and, this maybe TMI, but the force of the ejaculation is not there anymore, but could be due to age (44).

Question is will regular dose of Clomid help DURING cycle, or HCG, or both? Dosage recommendations if possible for doing one or both of these during 'cycle'. Oh, and do not plan to go off test, just drop back to 150mg/wk after 12 weeks of 500mg/wk. Thanks

HCG will help keep the boys full. I wouldn't personally run Clomid. Why risk the sides?

But really, if you are planning on cruising for the forseeable future, why bother at all?

On cycle I don't suffer much atrophy. They shrink to a certain size and then stay there until I come off. But yes, loads are smaller and less forceful. It's just the nature of the beast.

I've found that HCG works for both the atrophy and low ejaculate volume issues. My preferred dosage is 500iu twice per week.

It is not just the balls. Would Clomid help on cycle or on TRT to wake up the pituitary and keep it from atrophy?

Clomid works GREAT while on cycle. My (unbelievably massive) balls shrink to the size of coconuts real quick while on cycle and it gets to the point where they really fucking hurt. Since using clomid at 50mgs EOD or 25mgs ED while on cycle the problem almost completely vanished. The boys feel nice and full and no pain. I would definitely try it. I know most people like HCG and thats okay with me. But IMO its easier to get clomid and pop a pill than add another injection to your weekly protocol.

The "sides" of clomid are nothing to write home about. I just had the occasional hot flashes and night sweats. But nothing incredibly bad.

If you have a pituitary tumor/problem, I dont think Clomid would help much because it works via that pathway. HCG would be the way to go, I guess.

X2 for Clomid on cycle otherwise.
Clomid on cycle rules. It keeps the boys fuller and there's more to consider.
I just feel WAY better on it than not, during a cycle. 50mg EOD is plenty and no noticable sides.

Im one of those unlucky few who's libido goes in the shitter on cycle. Even moderate, 300/wk Test with nothing else. I mean, my junk works fine, but sex? I can take it or leave it. Add Clomid, problem solved...way more motivated.

Yes, clomid seems to work well from the pituitary standpoint. However it's said that it wont do shit for FSH on cycle. There's some blood results on here somewhere from a member who used Clomid on cycle and his LH was normal/FSH was low.

HCG is probably stronger and maybe has a more noticable effect, but I think would do not very much for the pituitary.

Key point that most don't realize is as 50mg is the common dose, it's only needed EOD, NOT ED. This will help with sides, if any. Also, take the dose prior to bed, I find that sides won't bother you as much this way.

at 44, my boys are not putting out enough T, think my levels pre trt was around 250, if i remember right.

clomid works great but i do suffer emotional sides like depression almost. i use nolva but its not as good for the boys. i am on hrt w doc and use 375iu hcg once a week with 150mg cyp. I have a ton of clomid and will give that a shot eod and at bed......I know hrt clinics offer hcg or clomid for "stimulation" and say use hcg if the pitutary is slowed down and if you are younger and want kids to use both.

I get great results from 20mg a day of nolva in regards of fullness and - apparently - function. It also helps improve my lipid profile.


Testicle size worries? Try a course of Nolvadex + Andriol

HCG as mentioned above is preferred by doctors.It keeps the boys working, full and healthy loads. 250-500iu day before test injection is standard protocol.
