Hi guys,

Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrated on 15th September, is a big day in China, just like the Thanksgiving Day in USA. On that day, all the family members will get toghter , eat mooncake in the pic, it's a dessert with many different tastes but all with round shape like the full moon.

What about the traditional festivals in you guys places? Is there any special but delicious food?

No, no fish...

It's a complicated dish. Cassava leaves are poisonous, so if you ever attempt to make it, follow the recipe to a t, specially cooking time.

It's a very exotic dish that we inherited from the original indian tribes that lived in South America.
