Been on it for several weeks but started low dose for week 1&2 50mg, wk 3 75mg week 4 this wk 1mg and I've lost several pounds. Does suppress appetite and mainly kills cravings for carbs for me. Strength is up a bit but been on low dose trt daily 10mg of test. Have noticed slight constipation. We'll see how it goes from here on out. So far so good!

I only speak in layman's terms as most don't know how many mcgs in a mg! From some of the questions asked on here like how many cc's should I mix with my hgh, hcg, peptides etc clearly show need to use the KISS principle!
