Ok so you've been looking around the internet trying to find steroids, and training info so you can get all jacked up to get laid. Or you've been looking around just trying to find good info on body building and somehow you found Pro Muscle. well congradulations you found a website that has all the information you need, right? Wrong, some of you will take bits and pieces of this info that you like, mush it all together, visit one of the sponsors, and end up in a hospital. Well im going to try to save you all alot of trouble. If you dont want to hear the truth stop reading right now. if you want solid advice on how to put on al the muscle you want and be safe doing it then read on.....
First lets talk a bit about training. I've been training for 10 years and only in the past year or 2 learned how to make good gains. your going to ask why this is. well, like alot of you will i used to jump around from program to program reading what everyone said worked to get them big and just copying what they do. never really giving it time to work, or maybe i just didnt work the program right. everyone will tell you try a bunch of different things and find what works best for your body, i call bullshit! pick a program you like and work the fuck out of it for the next 3 years! keep the program and adjust it depending on how your body responds to it, but the trick is to work the hell out of one program. personally i use the low volume, high intensity, more frequency idea. it just works for me, im a verry hard gainer and i wasted alot of years with the old one body part a day , work each muscle once a week deal. Look up DC training, Hire Phil, Read Big A's Stickies, just for the love of god get a program and work it until your ars fall off. Im no expert in training like Phil, Dante, Big A or the other guys but i do get what theyre trying to do, theyre trying to get you to do some fucking work.
now lets talk about diet. I know next to nothing about diet, yeah i understand the basics but i still have alot to learn, and i research it every day. what i do know is that your muscles wont grow without food, and alot of that food needs to be protien, or some of protiens building blocks like BCAA's. again we have guys on this board who could write textbooks on this topic, talk to them, hire one of them, just for fucks sake research it. diet is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR BODYBUILDING ARSENAL! never forget that.
Finally lets get to the good shit. yup were gonna talk about JUICE! your gonna go to a sponsor, or some guy at the gym and get yourself enough test to do 1000mg a week, 400mg deca, 600mg EQ, 100mg anadrol. and why shouldnt you, you read the first 2 parts of this you picked a program, resaerched how to eat right, now all you need is the juice and your gonna be a monster! WRONG, dont be an asshole! 2 years from now after you worked your program for 2 years, with a perfect diet, and put on 20lbs of muscle naturally youll be ready for your first cycle. im not going to get into how to do proper PCT, you have 2 years to look that up, but lets talk about your first couple of cycles. think about this logically 250mg test a week is a hell of alot more than your body produces naturally, if you did everything else right you can make huge gains at this dosage. big a might disagree with me on length but i think 250 a week for 12 weeks is a great first cycle, its a great 2nd cycle too, infact its a great cycle until you stop getting results from it, so what should you do when that happens? up it to 500mg a week.thats it. there is no such thing as a bulking cycle versus a cutting cycle, that all has to do with your diet. so a few years down the road you get to throw in alittle deca or d-bol or eq. be patient, and while your being patient go read some horror stories of what happened to some of the members here that did mega dose cycles. then pm those guys and ask them if you should take over 500mg a week. DONT FUCK WITH YOUR HEALTH! i know you wanna look like Jay Cutler but unless your a genetic freak ready to dedicate your entire life to nothing but bodybuilding you wont look like that. deal with it, dont risk your health trying to.
