I agree but think all the omega 6's in the meat (even if you eat grass fed beef which is indeed lower in omega 6's) needs to be compensated for. And that's easy-just take more omega 3's. Then I think it's a perfect diet. I'd just add more BCAA sources for obvious reasons (for bodybuilders).

BCAAs are useless, let's be honest here. If you need supplemental protein, get yourself some good whey.
