Recommended macronutrient levels for healthy people is at around 20% carbohydrates, 65% fat and 15% protein.

I need to up my Organic Coconut oil intake.

Anyone know where i can get the Fattiest Organic Meat?

you can buy these organic meat online and many websites you can get.
but I'm thinking daily regular meat is ok if you keep a dieat balance with fruit and vegetables.
 
Paleo imo is by far the best diet if i had to choose one

I agree but think all the omega 6's in the meat (even if you eat grass fed beef which is indeed lower in omega 6's) needs to be compensated for. And that's easy-just take more omega 3's. Then I think it's a perfect diet. I'd just add more BCAA sources for obvious reasons (for bodybuilders).

Actually that article ONLY discussed grass vs grain fed. I thought it would go without saying that grass fed also means no hormones and antibiotics. If you take THOSE cows they have less "effective omega 6's" due to the increased amount of omega 3's in the healthy grass fed cows. In addition, the grass fed healthy cows have lots more antioxidants and so on.

You are correct that in absolute terms the omega 6 content is the same. I didn't think I needed to spell it out but there you go. And I did it politely, without even having to use one curse word too!

No wonder you have no muscle mass, those macros are for a possum....probably should just kill yourself. ;)

So no protein powders of any kind based on the article no type dairy not even vegetable based soy, rice, pea protein or hemp? Since they come from grain or legumes?

So only synthesized Amino powders for extra protein?
