That is impressive for age fifty and many other ages. I truly get inpiration from seeing the results of you guys my age and older getting it done. Good luck to you, it sounds like you are certainly in good hands, and have your "fall guys" lined up should things not go as planned. LOL

Your stats have you at an impressive 230lbs. I'm going to walk on the stage at as close to 198lbs as possible. I don't want to play with you BIG guys.
I have developed sleep apnea and even with the cardio I'm not to healthy at this weight. I think I just want to be a visitor at this weight. Think it may be time to throttle back supps and just really get ripped.
I just want cellophane for skin.

If I sleep on my side I continue to breath OK. It's just when I'm on my back. My wife is losing sleep waking all night long checking to turn me onto my side. Needless to say it's effecting us both.
