Hey guys,
I am thinking of whipping up a solid healthy snack for inbetween meals. I am looking at combining whey protein, oatmeal, and pnut butter for a healthy pudding type combo to eat at work to keep me away from the vending machine of death.
I am looking at ratios like : 30 grams protein from whey, 25 grams complex carbs from oatmeal, 10 grams healthy fat from all natural pnut butter.
Should i tweak these or add anything?
