also, after reviewing the article, it seems to state that some men have consumed 10,000 cals per day eating these clean foods.......well.......I just don't believe that.....I just don't. Nobody eats 10000 cals per day of chicken, rice, and brocolli. nobody.

i have gone out to eat with victor matinez. he ate 5 plates of mostly clean food over about an hour and a half. and these were big amounts of food. i can believe it. not many can do it but i have seen it. hell jesica alba eats about 3000 calories a day after giving birth and she is thin and looks great.
but what todd is trying to say is if the same person ate 10,000 regular calories they would be fat. w the clen he was not fat!!!
