Too many times we all (myself included) are quick to jump on here or other forums or search for the latest drug or product that will help us in the gym mentally. There are hundreds of supplements, drugs, routines and programs to get the "latest and quickest" results. Problem most of us have is the power and motivation is between our very own two ears. I myself find that I am my worst enemy. I focus on the wrong things (what I can not do or my limitations) and it screws up not only my work outs but my everyday job. The only way I or anybody can change that is to simply work on myself mentally. To overcome those negative thoughts and not look for it in a bottle. The mind is a powerful tool that I am continuing to work on and sharpen. So what or how do you guys mentally prepare?
