I think this will vary from lab to lab and the concentration. Some pharms make 100mg and others make 50mg. Besides, I don't know if anyone has sat there and waiting for it to separate with a timer

if you mix talcum powder and water, the powder will separate eventually. the length of time it takes to separate is not an indication of a legit product.

if the product IS legit, the longer it takes to separate means the particulate size is smaller thus allowing you to use a smaller diameter needle.

Winstrol suspension will separate, as will test suspension. How long it takes has no relationship to potency. It doesn't really matter because to get max effect you have to use it daily, and you need to shake the hell out of the vial before drawing it up anyway.
Also, it's especially important to be sure to wipe the top of the vial good and clean before drawing up every shot. Powder residue gets on top of the vial. You don't want that on the outside of your pin.

I got Winny from a UGL that is just the yellowish oil. No milky white or separation.

Does winny come like this too?

TNT, it is quite common for labs to suspend winnie in oil instead of water to make the shot less painful. Apparently its all the same and works just as well, with less pain obviously. I am not saying your gear is legit, I am just saying that it is not uncommon to be in oil form.
