I have been doing all sets of 20 reps with light weight because I keep dinging myself when I "feel strong". Plus, my joints hurt when I go heavy too often..so I am attempting to work the muscles without doing myself further harm.

So, I do train like a pussy most of the time these days. I pick a couple exercises and do 5 sets of 20 reps with weight that would make you laugh. No shit. Well, you can see it in the picture.

Meredith uses about as much weight as I do on this exercise. But I am still 272 lbs. So, at least I can't bitch much about that.

Great thread and pics. Looking ripped in your summer pics... I bet you will look even better this year.

I have been doing the same with light weight on legs... it's made a huge difference. I don't care about the stares I get when doing leg press... I love doing them one leg at a time so I can get a deeper stretch. Then onto walking db lunges until I fall over

.....waited until July to get serious about eating clean. lol. I am going to try to get lean early this year.
