Morning weight: 260lbs

Diet

M1: 7 eggs/150g oats/4 scotch pancakes+syrup

M2: 200g Beef/250g rice/1 apple/1 mini steak pie

LEGS SESSION

Pwo: 60g whey/30g egg white powder/ 1 cookie

M3: 2 bacon + cheese bagels/100g grapes/4 cups homemade chicken + potato soup

M4: 5 chicken selects/fries/Fanta

M5: 200g yoghurt/cup of cereal/1 tbsp. honey/ 1 cookie

Working 10-3

will eat another meal when I get home, probably some beef/rice or something


LEGS SESSION

Squats 160kg x 9
Leg press 250kg x 30 (way too light, going to go up to 300kg next week)
Stiff legged deadlift 100kg x 12
Lying hamstring curl 12th pin down x 15
Standing calf raises 8 x 15 (slow stretch and squeeze at the top)

Did 25 mins cardio this morning as well

My MK677 came as well, will be dosing it at 20mg a day

No HCG yet, still trying to source some for cheap, might just have to pay a bit more from my usual source.

that's basically what I've been doing yeah bro.

Im supposed to train eod, but if I am feeling recovered and up for a session i'll do 2 on and 1 off.

I work security at a local nightclub in the evenings, the company I work for has a few clubs and pubs and I get shifted around throughout the week. Its 22hrs a week, so pretty crappy and the shifts are late as hell.

But I am starting a new job soon doing security in the daytime which is 30hrs a week as well as the 22hrs doing bouncing in the evening.

Should be enough work/cash until I start university in September :)

M5: not sure yet, will eat something later on before bed, probably some chicken in a sauce with some potato's or rice or something. its only 8pm as i'm writing this and i'll be up until like 1am most likely

Diet went to absolute shit today, ran out of food and had to do a food shop, then I fell asleep for 2hrs and then had to pick up my gf from the train station in town.

I've done my food shop and sorted everything for the week, so next week I won't have any days where im screwed.

No training today either apart from 25 mins cardio upon waking.

Next week I'll be hoping to get everything a bit more consistant.

Im still gonna be eating the way I've been eating, just going to try and get a good 6 meals in every day, when appetite bombs out, i'll back off everything and swap over to more shakes and less meals, but for now I've got enough appetite to eat like a trooper.

Seem to look leaner as the days go on, im not sure why considering my weight is going up.

Is that the MK677 working? I am getting vascularity on my forearms and my arms look more separated.

So Im gonna keep going and try to hit 280 and then i'll cruise along for a little bit before trying to do the big blast. We will see how this goes, im feeling positive so far.

Pull session will be good today, not trained yet, but planned out what im gonna eat when I get home and go to work tonight.

Nice easy shift doing security with two sound guys tonight, usually have a really good chat about gear/food/training/women/fighting/work etc it makes the night go a lot faster

Pinning 400mg Test 3 x a week but I swear to god its literally just a tiny bit of test enth and some fast acting test in there as im feeling it already.

Yes I know that's a fucking ridiculous dose of deca, but i'll keep the blast short and basically use it to grow like a weed over 6 weeks then drop the Deca down to say 600 and add in 400 tren ace and slightly tighten up with some T3 and Cardio and dropping the slin.

De-load week next week. still just using test for now, when I get the stuff together to blast I will be growing like a weed and hopefully be able to get to 280 at least.

This is a long road to 300, and I can imagine at the end im gonna have to eat disgusting amounts of food to get there.

Lets pray I can actually get close within a few months.

Im thinking of going full retard and doing something drastic in terms of dosages to gain the weight, but funds might not let me.

We will see how it goes for now
