im scared of posting too much now! haha thing is ive over posted before when ive had too much time on my hands or recently concerning a problem but if honest i knew i had overdone it so..if im realy honest i cant believe how some people are,i say live and let live to a degree but some folk have to learn the hard way! ive been training over twenty years but have learnt far more on this board in the last few years than i all the rest of my time ,anyway this has reminded me not to over post,also noticed which guys have the most patience!
