He probably did this for a week because he ran out of darts which took 7 days to get there.

He just finished his Crissie season after the competition, so why would he immediately increase his dose to 2g or more when he was taking 250mg of Testosterone and 200mg of Mast during Criusie? So, currently, 900mg is double the dose—why increase it from the very beginning offseason?

People dont want to hear it, maintaining is way different then gaining even John Meadows said that. He talked about doing crazy shit i believe he talked about being on 200-250mg anadrol at one point because he was training with the West Side boys and wanted to hang strength wise.. Also his skull hasent grown, the muscles on the skull has just like the former IFFB pro from poland Robert Piotrkowicz, after your skulle has fused you are not gonna see skull growth.
 
Besides what James did in the past to reach where he is now (which is recorded in other foruns... why would he lie now?), bodybuilding is the only "sport" where many believe being at the top is correlated with the most amount of food, the hardest training and grams of drugs. No - similar to any other sport, genetics is the main factor. Actually, the best are those who do not require much food to grow (not blowing their waist), train to stimulate muscle grow and not overtrain, and progress more than others with less drugs.
 
The amount of calories to grow a muscle may not be the same as to maintain a muscle, Same with workouts and poundage. Why would anabolics be any different between growing and maintaining.
 
I think when most pros talk about their cycles and they’re honest, they are telling you what they cruise on, but they leave out the fact that they’re cruising. I don’t doubt 900 mg of gear a week but you’d be a fool to think he hasn’t done multiple grams a week in the past to get to this size. If Nasser took 10 Anadrol a day, there is no way these current pros are leaving space in the syringe.
 
I think a lot of people in here talking about grams and grams kinda forgot what Luki said in one of his recent posts.
He said that when he was running 4g+ he was basically just holding a ton of inflammation, not real muscle. He wasn’t healthy and didn’t even feel that good.
So I honestly doubt that anyone running 3.5g+ of gear is making “real” gains — it’s probably just more and more inflammation.
I tried 4g+ of just Test and EQ myself and it felt the same for me too. I never got up to 130+ kg like Luki. I’m a bad eater and my genetics are below average.

That being said, these guys have elite genetics. In reality, they probably don’t even need that much. I see people in here talking about 4–5–6g a week… guys, come on. That’s not how it really is.

The top pros aren’t blasting insane amounts — they mostly just have top-notch consistency.
Of course when I read that a pro is “only” on 900mg I laugh… but maybe that was just his cruise.

Honestly, Nasser looked worse the more he used over the years, and I doubt he was even running 5 Anadrol a day. Some pros really love to mess with us about their doses.

It will forever be the black box and therefore get the attention.

We can see people train, and for the most part eat, but PEDs are always behind closed doors.

In any case it doesn't matter. No one can replicate anyone else by duplicating their drug use.

Exactly 👍 no one will look the same just by copying someone else cycle. Shoot they won’t look the same even if they copy their food ,training and ped use.
