I agree with that statement. Better off eating more protein, veggies and fruit than a bunch of starchy stuff. I was just making the statement that fruit is still just Fructose and don't overdo it in one sitting just because it's natural and "good for you."
I agree not to overdo it. It is still sugar. Most fruit however does contain a combination of sugars, not just fructose. I just didn't want someone to get the impression fruit shouldn't be eaten because it's sugar. With all the fiber, phytonutrients, micronutrients, and antioxidants fruit offers I think it's very important to include fruit in your diet.
