i just noticed something. look at the view count on the sponsors threads. now look at the view count on a well written article about diet or training. notice a difference? Now i understand that theyre SPONSORS and they get a sticky and if your going to use a source it should be one from this board, big a does his homework to make sure were all getting only the best of everything but if i had to venture a guess im sure 90% of the views are from guys that dont otherwise post or read through the rest of the board. you have alot of guys on here that advocate sanity in dosing, and the proper time to even start(e.g. after many dedicated years to diet and training), and it makes me think that alot of that great advice is going unheard. how many times has big a or another mod deleted a thread and said read the board rules? alot of people skip right over that part and go right to looking for gear. they skip all the great info on diet and training and go right for the gear. I KNOW I DID WHEN I FIRST CAME HERE! this is in no way putting ANYTHING AT ALL DOWN its just an observation and me thinking out loud so to speak.

I might be young but I had been researching and reading literally as much as possible on training and nutrition. I got on this board in order to learn about steroids. But stayed because of what I have in common with the people here. And I was around he board for some time before creating a user name so I new the rules.

As a personal trainer, every week I have at least one guy asking me about which Rx compounds are the best to use to enhance his physique, yet he is incapable of even telling me the amount of protein he ingests daily. Many don't even know how to train outside of doing lots of bench presses and 21's for bicep curls. However they have ton's of questions about sources, types of AAS, insulin, HGH, etc.

I can't talk too much trash though. I was guilty of similar behavior 20+ years ago when training, diet, and Rx 411 was sparse at best. I made decent gains for 3 years on the half assed trial and error method. Soon after I started training at a more hardcore gym where all the big guys trained. All of the huge guys didn't drink booze and they all ate cans of tuna and boiled chicken, pasta, and canned green beans all day long. They did a lot of heavy compound movements and seemed to have a more methodical approach to training. I started doing the same things that they did. Six months later I had made more progress than I did during my whole first 3 years of training. I was sold on the importance of diet and training after that. Drugs were still important, but I realized that they were just a small part of the big picture.

BTW, a heavy cycle 20 years ago was 200mgs of Cyp a week and 30mgs of Dbol a day. These days that's some guy's PCT. lol

Thats true. I remember getting a whole cycle out of 10 ccs of Brovel Test back then. 1 cc a wk!
