Call me crazy but I think genetics for bodybuilding has alot to do with all these little fuckin things we over look. After ready lyle mcdonalds books. I truly believe stress is a big one, also cortisol etc. If you know someone with elite genetics have you ever noticed they are always happy, calm great people. No matter how much shit is going on in there lives they have like a stream lined mood. I believe that genetic trait plays a huge role in bodycomposition. Because if you studied anger and emotions they cause a lot of fluctuations in your body that cause hormonal shifts changing the way we store food , send hunger signals etc. Just food for thought, I think people who are truly looking for secret things need to be looking at alot more then aas. Sure its a big part but all these little things I feel play a huge role.

I agree to some extent but Heath had wife dealing with possible illness, family issues, etc.

I agree about overlooking certain items, but stable streamlined consistent mood is no way.
