See, that's just beautiful to watch. Each body looked different, if you saw just a bodypart of one of them, you would instantly know who's it was.

For me, this was the golden era of bodybuilding. Maybe I am just partial though. I remember the first time I saw "Blood and Guts" I was just blown away... Yates looked amazing.

I have Blood and Guts the book...its a good read. Dorian has a no nonsense approach to bodybuilding...lots of hard work but being smart with avoiding excessive volume etc. When I read it I felt it could have been a precursor to DC style training. I wonder if Dante was influenced at all by Dorian yates??
