A lot of medical companies just drastically the expiration date to save themselves from liability and lawsuits. It doesn’t mean the product suddenly goes bad on that date.

Kind of similar how they tell you to discard GLPs vials/pens after 30 days, but there’s been tests showing that they hold potency and sterility for 6
Months (in ideal storage conditions)

Plus when hospitals etc have to throw the drugs out as they expire, companies have to run out and buy more product.

My brain wouldnt allow me to use it, same goes with oils, if they are over date im throwin it out.

I rarely throw anything away based on expiration dates except for food but don’t typically wait that long either

Even food - with most foods, you can rely on your senses. Eggs are a good example, they last months and months past their expiration date.

Hell, I'd use them, no questions asked. They may have degraded some, but there is still some valuable potency left in them. You won't know till you use them. Use them when it's not that critical with dosage amount.

I used 10 year old kefei blue tops this year and they worked fine, had my igf elevated on bloodwork
I even saved one vial if I feel like testing at some point in the future

Thanks for the feedback appreciate it. Figure maybe potency dropped and that’s fine. Nice to hear you could see effect in bloodwork. Wasn’t sure about safety issues

The only time i check expiration dates is when a post comes up like this one. Just so i can report of how much older my gear has gotten from the last time the question was asked!
