I'll be spending a few months trying to build some quality mass, before deciding for sure if I will compete in the novice finals in November.

For now my hormones are....

400mg mast e

Only been on this 5 days and my weight is up 3kg with no loss of condition yet. Calories have been increased, macros currently at 250p, 400c, 100f.

After 1 week on test400 and mast e, my weight was up 4kg. Much fuller but still tight.

Current workout split:

Saturday, back/rear delts/traps/abs
Sunday, chest/front and side delts
Monday, legs
Tuesday, cardio
Wednesday, arms
Thursday, legs,
Friday, cardio

Two weeks into test400 and mast e stack and all is going great.

Feeling great mentally and physically, workouts going great, eating lots and staying lean.

3 weeks into test400/mast e stack.

Morning weight 85kg (up 6kg), workouts going great.

This week I added 12.5mg aromasin twice a week to keep estro in check. I think this will be enough for me on this stack, but I will see how it goes in the coming weeks.

Weight check after 4 weeks, 86kg (up 7kg total, up 1kg this week).

Still making good progress in my workouts and scale going up on this test400/ mast e stack.

I know I don't need to make any changes as I'm progressing, but can't help looking at all the potential options for hormone combinations to try!
