decided part of the problem might be the particular Aa "clubhouse" I was going to. So I tried one i knew some folks from my gym went to.
I went in, sat down and within 30 min I saw 4 people from my gym and a couple of well known regional competitors. One of whom has offered to help me get into contest shape.
At the same time I ditched any attempt to have a normal relationship with my psychotic older sister. She's been angry and resentfull all her life and being around her only made me sicker. She wants to play crazy, abusive bitch she can do it to her own husband and leave me alone.
Finally, all the rain here has ended and summer is finally here. I've got my tan, my spring allergies are gone and the tomatos are ripening.
The only bump in the road is having to replace the hot water tanks, but thats ended up good, with real hot water again and so fast a recharge the thing is barely ever on.
So things, for now, are better
