Okay...Ive tried just about everything...and still would...but the ONE thing that I absolutly will never do again is PGCL. That stuff is horrible

Any shoulder presses - why do it when you can build cannon balls doing safer movements?
Incline bench
Full range of motion on any exercise
Light weight
Super high reps - anything over 25 reps and I might as well be in aerobics class
Cable exercises
Leg extensions
Direct core exercises - compounds are all you need duh
More than 1 exercise per body part
Long cardio sessions - Cardio is for your heart, getting lean is for your diet
Jack off in the locker room showers
