Think im gonna do the show in November

Well I think I may finally do the show in November. My good buddy and work partner Ken Tali is going to get me ready. I have long way to go but I trust him and I know he will get me there.
Some of you may know him .or know his fiancé IFBB pro Gina Camacho and he also trains girl who just turned pro Carin Hawkins and also April Fortier. Those are all my good Friends so that gives me even more motivation to do it
I have been in bodybuilding atmosphere for a long time, helped some of the competitors, but never really wanted to do it myself.. Was just being lazy

I'm like you, I have been around it and have friends who compete and some pros, here in Orlando (also attending shows Tony has entered).....finally at a show last year, I decided I was ready to go for it, and go all the way....no regrets, getting leaner now and showing a little more muscle (thank god!) keep us posted.
