300-400 mg per week is more than enough for your goal. If you can get your hands on legit primo tho. Be careful where you throw your $.

From what I have seen, Primo’s effect is dependant on what else you’re using. If you use a base of 400 mgs of testosterone then 400 mgs of Primobolan would be considered the minimum (and often sufficient) dosage. 600 mgs is when you really start to recognize a difference.
so I'm thinking 400 is enough to maintain if you satified with the current.

Can't help directly with your question. But I'm a responder to low doses and applaud you for trying low dose first. I responded very well to low dose EQ when it seems everyone wants you to megadose the stuff.

I say try the protocol your thinking of to see what you think.

Legit being the key word there. I often wonder how many people that are taking 'primo' are actually taking a real product that is dosed accurately!? .. Its amazing how much fake pro is ou ton the market?

Back in the day it was really popular, before the UG scene came around. I know last year we started looking for a good source to buy the raw from. We had 3 batches tested and 2 came back with no primo and the 3rd was very weak. Kinda disappointing as they were all reputable sources.

No I ment the lifestyle. Ill always train and eat good and use hormones. I haven't missed a workout in 6 years. Haven't missed a meal in 3. But having pretty much my entire family dieing has changed my look on life and I need to live life more then just eating and sleeping and training all day.
No one In this life is ever satisfied. But taking a step back i realize how mental this sport makes you.there is more to life to lifting a weight and eating

I told myself I would do this now to further enhance my life. Before it swallowed up my life and became my life. Already taking a step back I'm enjoying it. And I do regret getting so caught up in this.

It is A Great hobby!
You still always think about getting in your Protein, supps and staying hydrated. For me this keeps my parting to A minimum. Plus thinking about the next days workout keeps you in check.
And with the added muscle and exercise your able to eat All you want and stay sub 10%.
Nothin better than still being in great shape w- a beer in one hand and a cheeseburger in the other....
