anyone ever have any first hand experience w. this combo? goals will be basically a recomp, reduced calories and wanna cut as well as maintain mass.
i'm 48, blast/cruise for the last 10 yrs or so, even tho a blast is usually nothing more than a total of 800mg of anabolics.
never run primo before, thinking of keeping things on the low side, maybe
test 400mg/week
npp 2-300mg/week
primo 300 mg/week
as i said, really just want to drop cals to about 2000.day and have something to maintain mass. npp for joint issues, OR, i could drop the npp altogether and save it for later.
