there is a need of some form of high protein, high fat with minimum of carbs to really get in good shape. you start your diet eating the right amount of protein, carbs and fat, but at the end there has to be som form of keto to get that schredded look.

im dieting eating protein, carbs and fat , only when hungry and getting so far exellent results. im in the best shape of my life (Thanks Phil) i just wanted to share with you this guy statement and see what you think.

Ask you buddy what about someone with low blood sugars? I never do those diets, yet remain lean in the off season and get shredded off a high protein, moderate carbs, low fats diet.
 
no one in my country knows about keto diets except for fat asses who can speak english and bought the atkins book...

every single bodybuilder i know says the same thing...
high protein (1 gr per lb is high), same with carbs, and avoid fat like the plague...
if you aren't ready 2 weeks out, cut out all the carbs and up the T3 and clen...


that's what everyone does around here and they come shredded in contests... 12 weeks out of the contest they are at 15-20% bf
 
Everyone is different...So yeah some people might have to go lower carbs to get really lean, but they are probably really fat in the offseason...
 
Without using GH, I do very well on Keto diets. Gets the last bit of fat off. But with GH, it seems eating some carbs at the right times can actually accelerate fat loss better than a Keto or low carb diet. Without GH, the only diet I can get really lean with is a Keto diet.
