there is a need of some form of high protein, high fat with minimum of carbs to really get in good shape. you start your diet eating the right amount of protein, carbs and fat, but at the end there has to be som form of keto to get that schredded look.
im dieting eating protein, carbs and fat , only when hungry and getting so far exellent results. im in the best shape of my life (Thanks Phil) i just wanted to share with you this guy statement and see what you think.
