I'm not sure what 4% bodyfat looks like but I was reading this interview on a guy name Brian White. Not sure if you guys saw the movie "Mr. 3000" with Bernie Mack but Brian played "T-rex."
A young "cocky" baseball player. Any way in the interview he talks about how he use to be 4% body fat and didn't even workout, lol. You guys let me know what you think. Read the interview below and I've attached a pic of Mr. White.
"What is your workout routine when you’re not on a movie?"
"I don’t workout. When I stopped playing my weight was probably like 237, and about 4 percent body fat. Now I’m probably about 185. When we were shooting I was probably about 220, and now I’ve dropped down to 185 again. "
"For me to workout, I put on mass. I put it on in my neck and my shoulders and my arms, and for the roles that I’m doing right now - I’m shooting “Second Time Around” right now - I can’t be big, I’m a dentist. I don’t do anything, even if I go to jog I’d probably put on 10 pounds in a week of muscle. So I watch what I eat and then I go play competitive sports like basketball and softball."
