So I've been on a couple other forums for years, I didn't even know this was around until I recently deleted my account from a ugl that pretty much got shut down (first 4 letters are pinn) and they supposedly sponsered this site. Wow, the forum catagories...sponsers..seem to be a step above the rest. Im glad to be a part of it!!

Alittle info on me: I was a natural competitive bodybuilder for 10yrs. With a handfull of titles in Michigan. After I platued at age 27 , I decided to give ass a try and have a new line of competition. I'm now 31 with a few cycles under my belt. I plan on gaining/giving any usefull info I can utilizing this forum. Cheers bros...!
