I spent a good day reading lots of posts and threads which were in detail, depth and had great scientific meaning, without going too far to confuse people which you often find with other forums.

I have registered - i am new here and look forward to learning so much more off you guys.

Definitely one of the best boards. I m Alin's some too. I m actually work with a supplement company on a different board, but I come in here more. Everyone is here to learn....that's how it should be. It's unfortunate the other site isn't more like this one. Great job Big A
