I have Kaiser for medical insurance..So yesterday I’m at Kaiser and ask the doctor if she has seen any patients that had the swine fue..Here’s her quote..Just about every case that comes in here with the flu is the swine flu so I see it everyday..I asked her how they treat it and she said the same way they treat any other flu..Lots of fluid and bed rest..

She also pointed out when the swine flu 1st came out that they swabbed the thoat to check and see if it was the swine flu , but they no longer do that cause just about every case is the swine flu..

its a very mild flu when you compare mortality rates to past flus. nothing to be worried about. it was hyped by some people as being a very dangerous flu but the numbers speak for themselves. so don't worry.

yep--i had it ,tested positive for h1n1-it is no worse than any other flu..had a fever of 103 and felt like i got hit by a car ,but was back in the gym in 4 days...ive had the regular flu , that was worse...i dont know why they make a big deal of it!its not bad at all!

I was swabbed positive for H1N1 , i'm not sure what i had was actualy that but the quick test said yes.

the swine flu has caused some isolated cases where it caused a quick deteriation in health the death , but these cases are very few

i personaly think that it is being blown WAY out of wack and sombody is getting VERY rich from it.

drunk drivers kill more people a week than swine flu will kill in a year

did you guys that had it that know you had it have regular flu throwing up / diarrhea and nausea? i think i might have had it but i didn't have those symptoms so i didn't even consider it flu related

Swine Flu

My son's best friend (1st grade) is in the ICU at U of Penn children's hospital on a ventilator with swine flu. I'm friends with the parents too. Ugly stuff. The swine flu is causing a lot of heart ache

Flu's

Tell that i'm Crazy but I believe that We that Lift and Excercise, eat healthy and take BCAA's and other Supps Recover Better. I know I did and my Buddies did. When it hit Michigan about a Month ago I had the Flu and i was bad for a Couple of Days, mild symptoms for about 10days total, but i double my Mass Bcaa tabs and i was able to do Cardio and Light Lifting while I had it.


I work with 12 women & 1 Guy, 75% of those co-workers eat Mcdonalds or Burger King Breakfast, Lunch & dinner and don't take any Vitamins or Supplements. These 75% are always Sick, Hacking Up a Lung and moving at a Slow Pace. Tell me there isn't something to it.

I would like to hear more Experiences and Opinions for you guys.
