This is my first cycle I am currently on week 3 of 9.

9) 500mg
Post Cycle
10) 100mg/ed Clomid and 20mg/ed Nolvadex
11) 50mg/ed Clom. and 20mg/ed Nolv.
My results so far- Tape measured
Start Current
Biceps- 13 1/4in. 14 1/2in.
Chest- 38 39 1/2
Waist- 33 1/2 34
Quads- 21 1/2 24 (upper thigh)
Neck- 15 1/2 17 (base of neck)
Weight- 156lbs 167lbs
Now I know these are nothing in comparison to the majority of BB's here and elsewhere. Keep in mind I'm new to this and working hard to get to where I wanna be, this is just the start for me. I see/feel the difference, however should I be seeing more of an increase?
Basically I've trained using reps (low) 6-10 and high weight going to to muscle failure, or to the point where I cannot completely do a rep ( a 1/2 rep) in which I hold until the muscle cant continue and slowly lower back down. Im at the gym almost e.d.
I've recently read the muscle gain/growth for beg. written by Big A.
And plan to adopt that outline to see what results I get.

Are these gains average for what I'm seeing? Should I be getting more of an increase? Thoughts, opinions, etc. please. Thanx:cool:

I'm 23. My diet is good. 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day. Lots of fruit and vegetables, eggs, pasta, chicken mostly. No white bread, no sweets or junk food, nothing fried. So pretty well at least for me. Prior to my cycle I worked on a M,W,F basis higher reps lower weights. Due to a surgery however in '05' because of a motorcycle accident in which 1 of my abs was removed and grafted to my foot to save it, my abs have been neglected.(unfortunately:( ) Prior to that I was in my best shape. 150lbs 6%bf, very lean, ripped stomach and very defined. All of that lost and then some to the accident.
I'm counting on muscle memory at this point and always wanted more mass to work with. So far this cycle has been a good decision, with alot of thought going into it.:cool:
 
sorry to hear that bro, to me the dbol is on the weak side man, i woulda ate at least 30mg and that is weak normally its at lest 50mg a day

winny at 20mg ED aint gna do shit bro, bump that up to DEF 50mg ED

Test looks good at 500mg, 9 weeks is ok id stretch it to maybe 12 but u dont got to

PCt id do this

Why are you using steroids again?

You don't need more D-Bol and the only thing you need to stretch out is the time you've spent in the gym.
 
i agree he should be eating proper and spend alot more time in the gym before he uses but some ppl jus dont get it and r not goin to do that so why not give them some advice and i mean hell he is already into his cycle i dont think he will jus stop bc of what we tell him

but come on 20mg ED, that aint shit, its more like a waste of money and gear to me. i wouldnt see much out of that at all
 
How about you try eating, instead of injecting yourself with hormones?

I understand you only meant well and my post wasn't to say that what you've said is full of shit. It's true, what's done is done, and I'm fully aware this guy isn't going to stop his cycle, but someone so new to this should always take the safer route until they know how their body is going to react.

As an example, lets say this guy does fine on 20mg D-bol, but takes your post to heart and ups it to 50mg. A couple of weeks down the road his nips start getting puffy swollen etc. He has no idea whats going on and pushes through it and in the end is left with a small case of gyno. This is just an example, and maybe extreme, but realize its also something thats very possible. Everyone is different and until someone knows how their body is going to respond (and I'm not speaking with respect to gains in muscle mass) they should follow the less is better approach.

Just be careful, we all sit on this board dishing out advice about drugs without having the slightest clue about the medical history of the person taking the advice or how they are going to respond.

And as a side note, I don't touch D-bol anymore, but I've never broke 25mg/day and always had amazing results, so like I've tried to point out, we all respond differently.

Don't take my post the wrong way, this is simply for the safety of those that visit this board.
 
agree. if it was me and my first cycle for him id go with 300mg of test for only 8 weeks to see how his body reacted and i woulda stated that IF HE WOULDA ASKED BEFORE HE STARTED

i didnt take ur post wrong at all bro i agree with u totally and some ppl jus jump the gun on shit i cant lie i did as well and was stupid but i had no problems and i didnt have this board to ask question either but like u said everyone is differnt and reacts differnt, no one can argue that fact

anyways i hope everything goes well for him and he gets what he wants out the cycle

Wow. Didnt see all that coming. As for the low doses of D-bol I am seeing on how my body reacts with these lower doses. the cycle's preplanned this way. And so far I'm seeing good results. I keep in mind that I've been lucky and in the smaller percentage according to my doc that have I have almost no side effects when introducing any drugs into my system. I am working with my doc throughout my cycle so I've got that backing me in this new endeavor. Plus I've researched this for quite some time and didn't just get into the first thing I came across. I appreciate the concerns voiced and while my choices may not be agreed upon by individuals, and they dont have to be, I respect your views and equally appreciate them. As for eating more I eat enough as it is. Thanx any way.
And why am I using anabolics? I think thats a fair question to ask anybody, such as yourself. The reasons differ I'm sure and are mine for that reason alone. I will say its not for anyone else but strictly for myself. As of this moment people will always have their (drugs) of choice, this may be mine, in which I will use safely (as can be) and respectably.
I wish to share my results with like minded people, to educate and always be educated. If you don't like it, don't post. Enjoy your wknd n be safe.:cool:

I wasn't trying to snap back at anyone and if I came across on the defense sorry bout that, I really wasn't. I understand peoples points and thanx again.
