While I would prefer a reply from Big A. any advice or comments from the pros is equally appreciated.
My stats= ht.5'10/ 156lbs./ 16.5% bf.(digital scale)
This is my first cycle I am currently on week 3 of 9.
Advance Mass Cycle
Week / Test.E / D-Bol (oral) / Winstrol (oral)
1) 500mg/wk 20mg/ed 20mg/ed
2) 500mg 20mg/ed 20mg/ed
3) 500mg 20mg/ed 20mg/ed
4) 500mg 20mg/ed 20mg/ed
5) 500mg-----------------20mg/ed
6) 500mg-----------------20mg/ed
7) 500mg-----------------20mg/ed
8) 500mg
9) 500mg
Post Cycle
10) 100mg/ed Clomid and 20mg/ed Nolvadex
11) 50mg/ed Clom. and 20mg/ed Nolv.
My results so far- Tape measured
Start Current
Biceps- 13 1/4in. 14 1/2in.
Chest- 38 39 1/2
Waist- 33 1/2 34
Quads- 21 1/2 24 (upper thigh)
Neck- 15 1/2 17 (base of neck)
Weight- 156lbs 167lbs
Now I know these are nothing in comparison to the majority of BB's here and elsewhere. Keep in mind I'm new to this and working hard to get to where I wanna be, this is just the start for me. I see/feel the difference, however should I be seeing more of an increase?
Basically I've trained using reps (low) 6-10 and high weight going to to muscle failure, or to the point where I cannot completely do a rep ( a 1/2 rep) in which I hold until the muscle cant continue and slowly lower back down. Im at the gym almost e.d.
I've recently read the muscle gain/growth for beg. written by Big A.
And plan to adopt that outline to see what results I get.
Are these gains average for what I'm seeing? Should I be getting more of an increase? Thoughts, opinions, etc. please. Thanx
