Yeah, I know Norma. She's only been living here in LA since 2004. Super cool chick who doesn't act like she's hot at all. Lives in Redondo Beach, but comes to Gold's Venice to train on occasion and always is real friendly and down to earth.

Has her pro card in fitness, but hasn't competed yet cuz she's never had to achieve anywhere near the level of conditioning the IFBB girls are in, and thus is nervous about doing a show here. Fitness modelling shots are smokin though. Usually works for Muscletech at all the big shows.

Was dating Cormier at one point but not sure if she still is, or if they're just friends....

I always read that its meant to help your relationship and make it stronger

Actually my fiancee is my training partner for the last 4 years and I can verify that my relationship is more balanced because of that.

There's a mutual understanding of each other's daily needs and that keeps the relationship more balanced.

Just my 2 cents from my personal experience.
