no kidding man!! We have a river walk here that goes alongside the river and through the woods, it's beautiful!! It goes a long ways too, and there are plenty of tables and benches that are near openings with nice views. What a difference it makes huh? I banged out 90 min of cardio there the other day like it was nothing, so much better with something to look at!! I like ur cardio place too

Yea this is the best 35-40 minutes of my day! Treadmill What are those? I hate the F'ing things. Especially with what the last one I had did to my shoulder!! When I have scenery like this why would I be indoors??
