This video will hit home for so many here.

Gotta make sure your TUT is maximized with your RPE and 1RM equated to your FSM. Relatively speaking, of course. But the first guy probably won't even make it to his first meal of his anabolic window HAH! Gonna lose ALL his gains. Plus, his concentric squeeze was lacking, not utilizing full fiber recruitment and MtOR pathway neurogenesis. DOOF!

There’s a curious mismatch in how people allocate their mental effort; overthinking the peripheral while underthinking the significant.
I suspect it functions as a kind of emotional self-support, where people mistake busy thought for meaningful insight, thereby avoiding true reflection.

Fuck..I sound like an old man on a hill... :ROFLMAO:

The younger generation call this phenomenon you describe 'Copium'

I am always reminded of this...

The 6th-century BCE, 316-pound limestone block found in Olympia, Greece, features an inscription by the ancient Greek athlete Bybon, which reads: "Bybon, son of Phola, has lifted me over his head with one hand"

Move the heaviest thing you can move over and over, and when that becomes easy, move something heavier, and for father, and you will become bigger and stronger.

You sound like you’re on the level. I asked a retard last night who had bands on the hack squat to decrease distance “ why don’t have the bands in there? He said its just a different kind of resistance” and I said “ you mean it makes it easier” he said no it’s just different” and I said why don’t you just take some weight off and do it the right way ? He said he didn’t need advice from the likes of me. And I told him that cool keep wasting your time and keep looking like you duly even train retard. Abd the while time he’s got a fucking tripod up filming himself. lol all these retards are just retards. Plain and simple: low intelligence raised on fruitcake social media thinking they are all amazing for god knows what. Hawk I prob sound old too because I just don’t rake to this retard pussification.

I bully the tripod nerds and i have no shame 🙈

I don't remember chest supported T bar rows in 1990. I miss the old days.
We had a t bar row in an old gym I trained at in the 90’s. It was like a balancing act because with any decent amount of weight on it, if your feet weren’t perfectly placed, you were being pulled of it by the weight!

Plus it wasn’t fixed to the floor so would rock

Careful not to over train 🙄 This new generation over complicates everything and expects the results yesterday!

Haha so true.
Don't take those barbell curls to failure, keep 1-2 "in the tank" so you don't accumulate too much fatigue, because you gotta hit them in 48 hours again with 1-2 "rir" before atrophy kicks in. Then go eat your. 8g/lb lean mass in protein. Hmmm what else? Oh...lean back on the leg extension, only seated leg curls (more optimal than lying) ...and no high reps sets...too fatiguing...all brought to you by Dr milo wolf and dr pak et Al via the latest meta analysis of 8 week studies on trained 180 lb 12% bf frat boys.

I literally said to a tripod kid the other day, "where we come from, we'd be about 50 lbs. heavier and have 2 or 3 shows under out belts before we start filming" He looked at me like I was crazy! lol

We’re all old men sharing that same hill!

I see so many kids who are permanently stunting their growth with early roid use posing in front of the gym mirror admiring their sub part physiques. I hope its worth being short for the rest of your life.

Bybon sounds absolutely full of shit.

My fav was a bar mounted to a u joint that was attached to a platform i could stand on. I could get bent over enough so i could actually pull away from gravity and engage my lats. Most stuff that is in the gyms i train at now is pretty upright. So the bar and hinge supports the weight as the angle is increased when pulling up. Makes lifting easier and more ego gratifying with the mechanical advantage that gives. But lat engagement is tough. Especially for a short guy like me as i just end up doing a high row.
