If I had an issue with this I’d be seeking professional help. Matt porter died from heart failure I believe. Not who I’d be taking health advice from. I trained with him once in my hometown. Nice guy. But his breathing was as laborious. I remember that most from that dayfor those of you with low or lowish EF you must do the "matt porter stack"
it works.
If I recall correctly.
high dose ubiquinol
high dose pycegenol
high dose taurine
beet root
d ribose
As true as I'm sure this is, the ingredients he listed have some beneficial HF evidence (with certainly no harm) and would be a slam dunk addition to professional help.If I had an issue with this I’d be seeking professional help. I have heart failure. EF at 36%. I do moderate training now and cardio after. Then cardio only on other days.
I’m not doubting his protocol has merit but in addition to professional help. There’s only one cardiac specialist on this board as far as I know lolAs true as I'm sure this is, the ingredients he listed have some beneficial HF evidence (with certainly no harm) and would be a slam dunk addition to professional help.
I´ve read the study. Thanks for posting it.I'm only comfortable interpreting the data and not suggesting what you do if you have/had heart failure.
I think it may be worth showing your cardiologist this study. He/she may have seen it as its from June 2019.
I interpret this data that one would be better doing resistance training and cardio (moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT)) after or before resistance training, not immediately before or after (during).
Morning MICT, then resistance training in the afternoon/evening.
Does EF at that level affect your daily life?I have heart failure. EF at 36%. I do moderate training now and cardio after. Then cardio only on other days.
No I don´t feel anything of the Ef at 36%.Does EF at that level affect your daily life?
This stack saved him. It was after this he went back on juice and everything got messed up again. If I had an issue with this I’d be seeking professional help. That's the hard part for many in this lifestyle, we have a scare, change ways and get health back. This then sadly ends up for a lot having amnesia and going back to previous ways and boom, health is ruined or worse. This stack saved him. It was after this he went back on juice and everything got messed up again.

None of us are impervious to this, most of us live this as a lifestyle and it's a large part of who we are
no it literally did. What did him in was his reversion to steroids and getting big.Well
It obviously didn’t save him then. Lol
