Do you use it more for its antioxidant properties, sleeping or simply both? I use it several times a week before bed. Try to take it each night, but itdoesn't work out, and usually only do 3-5 times a week lol
 
I take it once in awhile if I`m wound up and stressed. I don`t like to take things more than needed or really become dependant... except my TRT. Why do you take it every night? You just have a hard time sleeping?

thats why i always use ambien or xanax works wonders for me
 
I had used it for years daily. It really helped. I stopped recently for no reason. But I always used it for sleep purposes with benefit.

Well I know it's a solid antioxidant as well. I don't need it for sleep per say, just like the fact it helps me fall asleep little quicker I guess

I have RX sleeping bills but they make me groggy. Melatonin from Costco works great for me, especially during contest prep and the tren is high. Melatonin literally knocks me out in 30-45 mins cold.

I wish I could get my doc to write a script but its like pulling teeth with him :mad: He told me to try Melatonin and it does nothing for me at all.

But it works better than any legal sleep aid. Problem is it's addictive and needs an RX so it's not a good habit.

Was just correcting you since you stated it was a "sleep aid" 😋
 
i take up to 30mg melatonin, every night. Been doing this for over a year. no issues I can see or feel.

I can sleep though. 3-5mg doesnt do shit to help me sleep.
