Thoughts before labs

So I'd like some opinions before I go get my labs drawn since I have to wait 1-2 weeks to get in to my dr. So I just came off my summer blast. 525 test, 400 tren A, and some var. I was clean off the tren A about 3 weeks at least. One day I destroy the old lady twice.... all of a sudden like 3 days later I don't feel as horny as normal. She goes on out out on business for two weeks only coming home on the weekends. I can feel my libido tanking more and more to the point I'm not even looking at porn. I feel as if I'd rather just spend time with her and snuggle with her than have sex. Fast forward 2-4 more weeks. At night now if she didn't wanna have sex. I'd be ok with it. I could take it or leave it. Now once I get going I'm good. So I feel as if my estro is high, since I've been in this situation before. I start dosing 25mg of aromasin a day and drop my test to 375. It's been a few weeks since then and I don't fee any different. I have lowered the aromasin, cut it out completely, went back on and no difference. I'm even taking cialias now about every 4-5 days to make sure I'm still able to get and keep a hard on... with that I understand no libido, no hard on no matter how much cialias your taking. So I'm a little confused thus me going to the doctor. Gym gains are still stellar!!! No flare up of acne, still have a killer instinct in the gym,, feel fuking great over all!!! Mentally and physically i feel amazing except for the fact my libido feels lower than it ever has. For me not to look at porn all day is not normal lol. So any opinions are very welcomed before I go get my labs drawn.

Get the blood work done and post it up here or in the main forum bro, theres a ton of guys here that can help you decipher it and read it. Blood work is a road map to your body. if you don't read it, you may be heading down the wrong road and not even know it?

I'll bet once we see the BW we can give advice and you can make a small change and get libido back.

i realize this doesn't answer your question, but think about mine.

No thanks. I'm comfortable with how much porn I look at. And so is my wife. It doesn't consume me or keep me from living life. I just like to look at pussy and titties when I'm bored. Thanks for the philosophy lesson though.
