Thoughts on lab results on 12mg/day

So I've been taking omeprazole daily for acid reflux for years. I guess I was too ignorant to read the directions. Come to find out you are only to take it for 14 days straight with 4 months in between doses. Been reading about severe kidney damage from it. Leads me to believe this may be the cause of my bun and creatinine issues....
