6'1 200lbs, pretty lean (around 12%?). I've been quite a bit bigger but suffered a series of major injuries (back, rotator, elbow, knee, you name it).
Anyway I'm on a basic cycle of test/dbol only.
My macros are VERY consistently around this level:
300g protein, 400-420g carbs, 110-125g fat. This averages between 3700 and 4000 calories.
I always hit these numbers. I eat almost the exact same thing EVERY day. The diet is almost exclusively Chicken, eggs, ground beef, brown rice, old fashioned oats, but I am not looking for a critique on this.
So with that out of the way, I just want your general opinion on these numbers for a bulk on-cycle.
