Thoughts on recent blood test

My HDL is 37. This test is very similar to my panel last February.
I’m on 240 cyp and 120 mast e a week. I was on 1mg of Arimdex a week last panel so I changed to 20mg Nolvadex a week thinking that may be causing the bad numbers. I do 20-30 minutes cardio at least 6x a week. My diet is fairly clean. Dr didn’t like my numbers last year but gave it another year before looking at statins. Any feedback or suggestions would be helpful for supplements to try without going on statins would be great.

Your LDL is too high. Get on 5-10mg Ezetimibe and 5mg Rosuvastatin and it’ll solve your problem.

Do you donate Do you donate whole blood on a regular basis? Did your doctor look at an iron panel?

I do and have fought with it for years. With all the recent posts I stopped the every 8 week donation. Gallon of water a day has made a big difference.

I bet that had a lot to do with it. Check your iron levels too.

Can anyone give me feedback on my CBC panel which is all back in line as well.
These 3 stay below range and I can’t figure out why. Looks like the last 3-4yrs they have stayed low
MCV. 75. 79-97 range
MCRH. 22. 26-30
MCHC. 29. 31-36

I agree with @pesty4077 . These low mean corpuscular volume and hemoglobin numbers suggest iron and vitamin deficiencies (anemia). While you don't need to rush to the emergency room, you should definitely be changing to a far more iron rich diet. Load up heavy on B12 and D3, and to help iron absorption A and C. Google 'iron rich foods' and you'll see loads of high iron food sources.

i have a big can of Beverly 40’s and vitamin c that I haven’t started yet. For years now I was scared of eating anything with iron to increase hemoglobin and hematocrit.
