I've started to add these to my routine and i love them. My question is. Ive been working on my flexability and I like to do these off blocks. Alot of people do these just past these kness. Also long as your back is flat im assuming its ok to go all the way down. Any thoughts?
 
His form at 495 is better than mine at 275, lol...What a freak....and a good citizen to boot, lol.
 
In all honesty I love them but after 2-3 weeks my flexibility goes to hell even with daily stretching. If that wasn't the case I'd be doing them every other week other week.
 
I read an article in muscle and fitness where they used an MRI to observe micro-trauma in effort to determine which was the most effective exercise for each bodypart.

Stiff legged deads were a hands down winner for hamstrings.
