I wouldn't run Sust twice a week leaves a drop off and then spike from the sport esters. Ideally Sust is best EOD but I always fuck up when injects land on weekends, MWF has worked really well for me.

I like adding a shot of Enan once a week with my sust 3x a week, I feel like mixing esters is extremely beneficial same with Deca/ NPP

I love good old Sust250!! I always have had amazing results off legit Sust. I remember my first cycle which was just 1 shot of some Russian sust250 ampule and in one week I went up 12lbs and ever since then I was hooked. The key is getting legit Sust that doesn't leave with pip because it's best used at eod and if you got some Sust with pip it's no fun when it's time to shoot again.

Do you think you can get away with 250mg sust 2 times a week injected monday and thursday?

Ive been doing this for a few weeks and haven't really noticed much compared to cyp twice a week.

yeah, that doesn't seem like it would be enough. i always thought running sus would be 3x/week injects minimum. if you HAVE to run only 500 mg, i would run .5 cc shots EOD to keep levels stable.

love it not a fan of enathate and never used cyp just prefer sust in general better sex drive and less bloat for me atleast

i do 2 mls once a week makes no difference for me

My first cycle consisted of 25 mg/wk of sust with a dbol kicker. From there I worked my way up to 50 mg/sust EOD. Gained a lot of muscle at the higher dose.

After an 8 week hrt run, Nov and Dec its time to run the 40 amps of sust.
EOD Jan, Feb and march keeping Deca in at 3-600 w a mth of dbol to amp and end w- amnth of drol at 100 mgs.
Then its ALL TREN till June.

I love sustanon and look much better off of it than off cyp or enanthate.
One of my favorite stacks is 1cc sust, 1cc eq, 1cc deca each 3 times a week.

mine too except for deca, makes me look puffy
